The Extended Day Program is for students in Nursery-Grade 8, and is available from 7am to 9am and again from 3:15pm to 5:30pm . It offers your child a comfortable, safe environment that extends outside of standard school hours. This drop-in program is designed with flexibility and safety in mind. The Extended Day Program helps parents bridge the gap when home care is not available. We offer the children a wide range of activities including arts & crafts, outdoor play, library time, games, and dramatic arts that will enhance his/her social and emotional growth. Children will also be given the opportunity to finish homework, enjoy a book, or just take advantage of some quiet time under the supervision of our qualified staff.
We invite you to visit the program and explore new options for your child at any time. The Extended Day Program runs the entire school year. The Extended Day registration form can be found on the 'Forms and Handbooks' page by clicking here.
We are excited to announce that Cynthia Caffrey, our awesome second grade teacher, will again be supervising the Homework Room. The Homework Room is part of our Extended Day program and runs from 3:30pm until 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday. It offers a quiet place for students in Grades 1-8 to work on their studies while having the advantage of a teacher present to answer their questions.
